We have received a case of a patient Mr Ansar Ahmed Mulla aged 55 years. Earlier he was an Architect Engineer by profession few years due to disease not able To work and spend all money in treatment.
*He has been diagnosed with Abdomen and pelvis*
*The urinary bladder is adequately distended and shows normal wall thickness.*
*No intraluminal calculus or focal lesion seen.*
*Multiple enlarged Lymphnodes in pre and para-Aortic, bilateral common, External and left Internal ILIAC Regions*
*Gall Bladder Calculi*
*Mildly Enlarged Prostate*

Brother underwent a treatment a year back and spent around 500000/- now has to undergo 6 regular chemotherapy immediately to stop the advance of the disease.
Cost for Each Chemotherapy cycle with all charges such as
Medicine Reditux & Purpluz , syringe; Hospital charges & other; Total 6 Cycle had to perform.

Brother is survived by a Wife and son, Brother is unemployed now because of the disease. The Condition of the Family is very bad.

Patient is undergoing surgery in *HCG Cancer Hospital* and approximate cost of Surgery, ICU, Hospital Stay, consultations and Investigations etc. is 100,000/-. for each Chemotherapy
