The Muslim Blogger

There are over 170 million blogs that exist as of today.  In that super large pool of bloggers exist a smaller group that carries the banner of Islam.  If you are reading this – it’s likely that you are a part of the elite group of bloggers – The Muslim Bloggers.

Some of us write about fiqh, some about events in the Islamic world, some about our personal lives, and some about things that are completely unrelated to Islam.  Whatever category you choose to be in, you are – before anything else – a Muslim.

Being a Muslim is something that colors every part of our lives, and blogging is not excluded.

Because there are so many of us (Muslim Bloggers), it is time we begin learn how to blog the Islamic way.  The Muslim Blogger won’t be bringing to you scholarly issues of halal and haram.  Nor will I be teaching you life lessons, becoming a spiritual guide, or anything of the sort.  This is a blog about blogging – the Islamic way.
