		<description>Well, there&#039;s a couple things you need to be use this.  

The first thing is that you have to have a &quot;self-hosted&quot; WordPress blog.  This means that your blog has to be somewhere OTHER than the traditional www.wordpress.com.  

The second thing you need is access to the server your blog is installed on.  Once you do that, you download, unzipm and then upload the file into the plugin folder.  This can be done via ftp.  

I recommend using something like FileZilla which is available for PC, Mac, and Linux.  I know that for Mac there is another program called Cyberduck which is also good.</description>
